  I paid for a 3-day CHMM workshop. The instructors did not stay focused during the workshop. The intros, basic overview of what the course would be, and basic info on how to take a test took over half of the first day. The instructors would not give a good (or any) background for the test, but would go directly into reviewing questions that would be on the test. People could not answer the questions without the background info! When people asked for more background they could not give it clearly (literally could not pronounce basic words or explain mathematical concepts and would jump over them altogether because they did not feel like it), but often reverted to joking. The other students in the class helped me more than the teachers did, sending their training materials from other courses. I had the feeling that the instructors have not been involved in the environmental field in a very long time and were not familiar with their training material. A specific example was how we would review questions and their answers in depth and then they would move to the answer slide, and the answer we discussed on the previous slide did not match what the answer slide read. It felt like a joke.

  I had the same experience as all the rest of these people. It was recommended by the New York district council of carpenters. When I complained to them about click safety they responded yeah thier the worst . WTF?! Anyway this Monday they are going to lose my job because I havent completed my osha 30 in time.

  worst company ever created waisted money tying and now getting kicked out of my school apartment just because osha on click saftey wated to freeze and i couldnt do anything about it and the support ***** and tells you to figure it out yourself so yes waited 200 dollars for nothing as a student going to ******* tech the **** and so does their support i could have used that for anything else also waited 24 hours doing the osha to begin with so yes click saftey ***** dont use them they are a rip off

  I have watched every video and complete every quiz and task so far without long pauses. I say this because it is an **** 10, and I am on section 18 out of 26 and it has already taken 10 hours and 28 minutes. When I took the **** 10 from 360training. It was 10 hours and 15 minutes long for the entire course. If the **** 10 is going to take 30 hours, then I should just have the **** 30. They need to rework this course drastically since it runs a lot longer than it should.

  Hello *********, The 10 hour course is named as such due to the fact that the course is a minimum of ***** hours to complete. As such, you will see that a bulk of the course information and time will come in the first 50% of the course. The second half of the course the modules will get progressively shorter and your percentage will grow by larger numbers.

  What a horrible experience I was technical issues, so I called clicksafety to resolve it and I was met with the most rude employee I have ever talked to he was extremely patronizing. He did a horrible job explaining why I might have the issue, I didn't really understand what he was explaining,so his reaction was to treat me horribly. Then out of no where he just stopped talking for like 2 minutes and was angry at me, he said I was talking over him, acting like he's was in preschool. Then he also goes on to say that I could fix the issue by calling them when I complete the course and also by not changing my wifi I think he said I don't know. But the issue resolved itself he did nothing so I asked "what if I have this issue again can I call you to fix it" and can u clarify on what ur explaining to me and he proceeded to say "no have a nice day" this was a disgusting experience and should be addressed immediately, also I will never be returning to click safety

  Many things wrong with this program. Links are repetitive and some have error 404. Not Found or have been discontinued.Was told to use Chrome after having issues with identifying examples in a picture shown on the screen. Continued to have same problem throughout 8hr module. Not sure what the issue is but their programs need updating.

  Terrible company. I bought the 30-hour course through another company and they registered me in Clicksafety. After spending over 15 hours studying, third of the way on the course, i had to travel. Upon my return 3 weeks later, i tried to connect to continue with my course, and the page opened but said i had zero courses. i called all the phone numbers i could find. At the end they just told me that they were not authorized to give that course and they were refunding my money. Yes, they refunded, a man very unfriendly and almost rude, but what happened with all the time i spent? He didnt care. No interest in trying to help, or where i could go, or if there was anyway i could recuperate the chapters i had already done. Nothing. Horrible, if you are reading this, look for another website, there are many.Dumb me that i didnt read the reviews beforehand.
