    Date of transaction - 10/24/2022 Amount paid $255 Commitment of business **** stated that he would inspect, lay bait, do a follow up inspection and fill holes. He claim to inspect but only laid bait. Nature of the dispute He did not come back for a follow-up. Nor did he fill the holes. He also would not accommodate my schedule after he failed to show at the scheduled time.Resolution He did not resolve the issue. My attempt to speak with him was unsuccessful. He would not schedule a time that worked with my schedule after he missed the follow up appointment. Due to concerns about his behavior we are seeking refund for full or partial amount.

    we had contacted Atlantic pest for a rodent issue and the package we got and paid for is for 2 service calls. the first one was performed which is for rat poison. after the 1st service was done we had to pay in full. i have a receipt for my payment and the receipt indicated there is also a 1 year warranty as well. after the payment, he never scheduled us for the 2nd service, which is for the tracking powder. i have text as proof, indicating he is trying to schedule me in to his busy schedule but always fail to commit to it once he gives me a date and time. finally, he blocked me, so i can now say goodbye to my 2nd service and my 1 year warranty. this is not the way to do business. i am seeking justice and help from the BBB. i have a copy of the receipt and text that i can submit as proof.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. i do not believe they are willing to resolve my issue. he has blocked me. this is a bad business. i left a review on bbb but it has not visible.
