    Dealing with this business has been a complete and total nightmare. I spoke to them on 1/25 about an order that was supposed to be delivered on 2/8. They told me they would call me the week of the 1st to confirm any pre-authorizations needed - and if I did not hear to call them. I called them multiple times that week and they kept assuring me that 'they haven't started work on the order yet because ***** works differently but that they would definitely be keying it in soon. Fast forward - Monday 2/6 they finally assure me that it will be worked on this week. On 2/7 midday it was finally keyed and I was told it would take ***** business hours to get the pre-authorization (even though it was supposed to be delivered on 2/8). I have had to call Freedom multiple times a day, every day for the last week and a half to get ANY type of information or update. Half the time the people who pick up have no idea what is going on and a few times I've been told they're not familiar with the process because they're on loan from another department. I finally was able to get Cigna to agree to a conference call with Freedom this morning 2/10 and they assured they'd make sure someone escalated this. Midday today it was finally approved, but I have STILL not received the total costs nor any tracking information or an email confirmation that my shipment has gone out. These medications are cycle specific and if I don't receive them I will have to push my IVF treatment out another month. I have to go through this pharmacy because of my insurance. It completely blows my mind that a business whose entire model is centered around an incredibly sensitive topic of infertility are so completely inept.

    If I could give this 0 stars I would. Dealing with this pharmacy was by far the worst part of my whole fertility experience over the last 2 years (and this includes an ectopic pregnancy and ruptured fallopian tube). I have issues with them EVERY TIME I have an order. It's been 7 days and my order still hasn't shipped yet. I have called this pharmacy no less than 5 times over the last week and am always given the run around. I even asked them to not go through insurance and to charge my card so that the order would arrive on time. It still didnt ship. No reason as to why. This entire cycle may have to be cancelled due to the incompetence of this facility because my meds wont arrive on time. SEVEN DAYS and it still hasn't shipped. I wouldn't send my worst enemies to this place. If you can go elsewhere, save yourself the stress and anxiety and RUN elsewhere.

    If you do not need to use this pharmacy per your insurance, dont. Just dont!!! They are so polite on the phone. They answer quickly and make you feel at ease BUT just before your meds are due, their true colors come out. I called every day to check on the status of my meds and then the day they were due to ship, I got a call reporting an issue and I do not have my meds. They are the worst! Im not sure why the process hasnt changed when everyone is complaining of the same problems but they obviously do not care enough to make any quality improvements.

    I had to reschedule my IVF cycle because this pharmacy kept telling me my medication would be delivered by the start date and it never was. I called EVERY DAY from the time the order was placed until I was supposed to start to check on the order status and every time the customer reps said "everything is in order. it's ready to ship." It wasn't until the day I was supposed to start that they informed me that I needed to call my insurance for prior authorizations because they hadn't gone through on their end. I don't know why the reps lied for a week about things being good, or why no one bothered to mention that I needed to do more leg work (even though I asked several times).BEWARE if your insurance requires you to use this pharmacy. Make sure your clinic sends your prescriptions in WELL BEFORE you are supposed to start taking them.

    This is the worst pharmacy please use another if your going through ur fertility journey they will give you more stress. **************** is horrible had the worst experience with Bashemath, she was rude and talked over me when I explained I did not get 3 of the medications that were delivered I only got 2 and need to take the medication every day. Extremely horrific and stressful would not recommend this pharmacy. Had to also call everyday to make sure I got a tracking number sent to my email to make sure I got the medication on time and still was missing an item. Don't waste your time and do not use.

    This is the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. By far. Listen...these reps are dealing with women and couples, etc. who so desperately want a baby that they're paying thousands of dollars just for a chance at one. But these sloppy jerks over at Freedom whatever don't seem to care about that. Called multiple times in one week to make SURE my meds were getting shipped in time. "Well we don't have your BIN number so we weren't able to complete the order." Okay well I called earlier, why didn't someone tell me then? "Well we need your dr to authorize a medication switch so we can't send it out yet." Okay...I LITERALLY talked to you people a few hours ago so WHY didn't someone tell me that earlier so that I could have had more time to contact my doctor for the medication switch. Instead, I had 20 minutes to get to my doctor's ******* etc etc Anyway, my meds didn't get shipped out when they were supposed to and they're all "I understand". Yeah I'm sure they all understand ??
