    I bought a subscription to this late last year. I did not know or trust the company so I used a credit card that I never use for anything else. It had zero balance on it and I specifically used it just for Alpha Vantage.Within one month I had several charges for other items on the card including retail goods getting shipped to southern states including ****************** will steal your credit card information to make personal purchases. Support will not respond and your card will not be taken off file until you provide a new card.Scammed.

    This is not accurate. We use PayPal and Stripe as our payment processors and DO NOT STORE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION IN OUR OWN SYSTEM.

    Alpha Vantage Inc. keeps charging my credit card for months after I have cancelled the subscription. The last attempt to charge my credit card was on Sep 15 2022. I cancelled the subscription in January but they won't stop charging my credit card. They promised "Cancel anytime - no questions asked" on the subscription but they did not keep their promise. First, the business first ignored my request to cancel the subscription. Then, they lied to me that the subscription was cancelled but kept charging my credit card through Stripe.com.

    We would be happy to refund ALL the charges since Feb 2022 (the month after your targeted cancelation month).
