    I dropped my phone off for repair on the 10th of October 2023. The owner of the business assured me that I would be contacted with details regarding my phone's repair and possible charges that would be associated with those repairs. I waited one week and decided to call the business on three different occasions where there was no answer. I left two messages on the business's phone number with no call back. I stopped by the store on 3 different occasions within the past three weeks within the business's operating ours and there was no one at the store. I finally showed up a fourth time on the 27th of October and the owner lied to me saying that he has tried calling my partner's phone to talk about repair details. He said it would cost $250 dollars to repair the phone. I said no thank you I need my phone back because it has my SIM card inside of it. He said 'Come in on Monday the 30th of October I will have your phone." My partner showed up Monday the 30th to pick up my phone and he was told that my phone was being shipped to the store and will be in by tomorrow (31 October). My partner called on the 31st of October to see if my phone was at the store. The owner closed early that day on the 31st of October and was not there. My partner showed up at the store on the 1st of November and was told by the owner that "I forgot the phone at home and to come back tomorrow." This is absolutly ridiculous and I need my SIM card back from this scammer.
