    The big job ************* Expo. 9*27*23 10:00 to 4:00 ******************** by *********************** President * CEO ************ www.officeswing.com We paid the registration fee on 9*7*2023.we received an email on 9*8*23 stating we would get an event itinerary packet with recruiting table information.Never received the packet On 9*25*23 we received a cancel event email.we went on the website and requesting a refund.Never received the refund.

    We were expected to be a part of the Career Fair on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm however when we arrived at the location of the hotel Embassy Suites (**************************************************** (*****************************************************************************)there was no event scheduled to take place on this date according to the hotel staff. Upon further follow-up, the individual who we believe to be the owner of the business contacted us to say this was an error the date was set for another time, then consequently followed up to say it was at another location. We immediately requested a refund to which we received an email with limited instructions on how to get the refund and further provided no link as mentioned to request it. We ultimately pursued further and visited the website where we found a refund link for which we submitted a request but received no confirmation. Further to this, we have continuously been following up with the owner who has yet to respond to us either via email or phone. To date, we have not received a response either to process the refund, a callback, or a response to any email. Please assist us in obtaining the refund and let us know if additional details need to be submitted.

    We are a company ****************** that signed up with office swing and paid to attend a Job Fair on August 9th in **********. However, this job fair did not happen and we were not informed. We reached out asking why they didn't tell us that they moved the date of the job fair and they stated not enough people signed up. We then asked for a refund since we were committed to the 8/9 date. They stated they would issue us a refund and we have not received the refund or heard back from the company since. We believe this company is a scam.
