      HUECU provides the highest guest services my family has ever encountered. Having been members for over 15 years, the Credit Union continues to provide exceptional services with every transaction. Numerous loans procured through the years, guidance on other financial options, and infinite daily regular banking transactions have been provided seamlessly and with the greatest interest in our satisfaction. Our children are now members as well, and we plan to always be satisfied members for life. Thank you HUECU for all you do!

      Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) provides exceptional service! I primarily use it for "Harvard Alumni Card" credit card! I find the phone support and support via messaging to be prompt and greatly helpful. I use two apps - HUECU main app and also the app specifically for "Harvard Alumni Card". Both apps have excellent user interface. Only improvement I see is that the credit card transactions sometimes lag in showing in the apps.I like the cash rewards redemption of the credit card. I charge all my expenses (except rent and two utilities) to the credit card. I get a year-end summary by mail, classifying my charges in categories, which I greatly like. It would be helpful to have it in PDF form also.Overall, I find the credit card to be enormously useful for my every day purchases and auto-pay deductions. I think it will benefit people to apply for and use this credit card.Thank you for reading this review!

      Hey HEY! Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) - has been great for me, and my family. Checking, savings, mortgage and a variety of other banking services including a very easy and effective set of on-line banking I'm a BIG fan - HIGHLY recommend!
