One would think that with every review being 1 star you would admit your wrongdoing and correct the way in which you do business. Where are all the positive testimonials? Do you keep them a secret? You know as well as I do that you advertise jobs that don't exist.Time to chat with the BBB and their 1 star rating.

If I could give Jobcase, Inc. zero stars, I would. My suspicions started when I saw how inaccessible their registration and profile completion forms werea major red flag. Then, I found out that there's no simple way to delete your resume, account, or any of your personal information from their site. But the final straw was their so-called identity verification form, which is so broken it's impossible to submit a request to remove your data. The whole setup feels incredibly sketchy, and I can't help but conclude that Jobcase, Inc. is very likely a scam. Avoid at all costs!Jobcase, Inc.

WOW!! I received a job posting in my email from Jobcase; and as always I check the legitimacy of the sender through the BBB. After reading the "ONE STAR" ratings for this past year alone, my only choice is to block Jobcase from further email traffic.Thank you BBB for this valuable tool.Jobcase, Inc.

I ran into Jobcase.com when I tried to apply for a position from another job search website. The link to position somehow redirected me to Jobcase. I was not sure about Jobcase so I googled it. It seemed to be legit from ****** results.I decided to give it a try so I went the website and completed my profile. After that I started receiving emails about positions that are NOT matching what I am looking for. And I noticed most of the job postings on the website are remotely relevant to my actual experiences, with maybe only 1 or 2 keywords matching my target positions.Then I decided to delete my account. Guess what? There's no OPTION to delete it in your account. I had to contact support to put in my request. What's more absurd? After sending my request, I received an email requesting me to enter my name, email, & phone number to complete the request! And after submitting the request, Jobcase asks me to submit my email again just see the status of my request. I'm not going to waste my time with them. This is absolutely a scam site! They purposely make it easy for you to provide your information but nearly impossible to have your data ************** learned - Never trust low quality job search websites; if any of the job application links redirect you to another suspicious job site, stay away from them!Jobcase, Inc.

Do not give this company your information.Someone signed up for Jobcase using my email address. I immediately started getting spammed with emails from them + 5 other job service sites. Sure sign of a scam company who sells leads - they don't validate the email address at account creation. I have opened a request to delete my information, explaining that the account was created my someone who didn't own my email address, I certainly never have consent for contact. It has taken 2+ days so far, and their process is purposely difficult, having been passed to 3 different orgs and now I'm asked to register for a NEW portal just to complete the process - no thank you! I certainly don't trust them.Jobcase, Inc.

I'm an employer. Thought I'd try this site out. Posted an ad, but the system won't let me see the candidates who applied. I contacted support, but all they wanted me to do was change by browser and wipe out my cookies. (Of course neither worked.). I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time.Jobcase, Inc.

This is a bait and switch scam like I have never seen before. I applied for a job advertised and when I didnt receive a confirmation or a call back from the company I applied with I called them directly. The actual company, Guess what,, they never had an opening for that position. However that didnt stop Jobcase from emailing job opportunities with the companies name on it and when I selected further information it took me to unrelated jobs. This is deceptive and unethical. I have requested to no longer receive all the fake emails they ******* me with. I have a feeling they wont be stopped. I want absolutely no association with this company,Jobcase, Inc.
