    Elemind Technologies. *** is a China-based maker of a fictitious sleeping device consisting of a headband that supposedly reads the user's EEG, analyzes it and emits "sounds" that then causes the user to fall asleep. The item costs $375.18 and is promised to be fully refundable if returned within the trial period. The "full refund" promise is fake. In my case, the order was placed in April 2025, returned in the beginning of May 2025, and not refunded to this very day (6/17/2025). My attempts to contact Elemind proved useless. This *************** uses a frontline answering center which is unwilling or unable to offer any substantial help, refund or any actual help. PERIOD. Additionally, Elemind Technologies **** Physical address as posted on BBB site if fake and no one answers the phone, which always goes to voicemail.BEWARE!!!

    Regarding your comment about our device "supposedly reading EEG," we want to assure you that this is inaccurate. Elemind is wearable neurotechnology designed to rapidly and accurately measure EEG brain signals. It then delivers precise acoustic stimulation to guide your brain from wakeful patterns into deeper, natural sleep. This acoustic stimulation is essential for the device's function.     Regarding your refund, we understand your ongoing frustration. We want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve this issue. Our records clearly indicate that your refund for order #5219 was successfully initiated on May 6, 2025, and from our end, the transaction was processed.

    As per our recent call with our Chief Operating Officer on June 20, 2025, it appears there might be a difficulty with your bank or credit card company (which is not U.S.-based) in fully processing the refund on their end, despite our successful initiation. We understand this is a complex situation, and we are diligently investigating this issue with our payment processor to help track the funds.

    While we don't currently offer phone support, we've maintained continuous email correspondence with you and made every effort to communicate directly, including scheduling the Google Meet call. We are committed to getting to the bottom of this and ensuring your refund is successfully processed.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the frustration this has caused. We truly value our customers and are doing everything we can to resolve this for you.
