- The business states the refund policy is : Cancellation of individual reservations booked directly may be made until 24 hours prior to arrival for no charge. For third party bookings, cancellations may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival for refund of the first night's deposit. Cancellation closer to arrival and no shows are charged for the first night. For group reservations (more than ten room nights), deposits are required and refunds are restricted to cancellations made one month prior to arrival in most cases.
