Hello Viet,
We are sorry to hear you have had an unhappy experience while using the Sedo marketplace. We can confirm Sedo does not add domains to our marketplace or auctions on behalf of anyone and all domains must be submitted through the user account.
Upon review of the provided email it looks like the full email has not been posted. Please note, at the start of the email would generally have important details which confirm the specific reason that a domain is being declined. The detailed reasons are simply to help customers understand a specific response and are only given as someone may have applied with multiple domains which have been declined for varying reasons.
It also looks like the detailed reason for (-- Minimum price too high --) is missing. This is important as someone is able to use the link provided in this reason to resubmit the domain with the recommended price for auction and it will be accepted if the customer does agree and proceed with re-applying at the recommended price.
Sedo of course wishes to help resolve all questions and concerns. As you have stated this a current transaction, we ask that you follow up with us directly to address account specific matters and to ensure security. Please use the *************** in your Sedo account to post any concerns and we will be happy to address them there. My Sedo> ***************> Click on the domain to open the transaction.
We hope this has helped to address any concerns and look forward to speaking with you directly.
Best Regards,

I placed an online order with this business in March of 2021 and have yet to receive my order. She keeps putting off the order. I didnt even realize until this summer that I havent received my order since it has been so long. I have tried contact with the company with very little response. The owner said she would email me back about this issue in October in which I have still not received a response. I want my product but at this point I want my money back so I can close out my business with them. I will never give my business to this company again.Business Response

Hello,
We wish to first thank you for your feedback as all such matters are taken seriously and we do wish to review and improve our services where and when needed.

That being said sedo.com is a domain marketplace and we offer plattform to trade unused domain names. We do not sell shirts or any other goods.
It may be the case that you had contact with one owner of a domain listed on our marketplace unfourtunatly we have to refer you to your original businesspartner at the time as we are not the owner of the domains listed on our marketplace hence we cannot assist with any request of this nature.
We apologize for any inconvinience this may have caused.Initial Complaint

According to Sedo, I opened an account to sell domains I own. I just got notification and a defunk email (via forwarding) that a domain I own has been sold & I need to complete the transfer. I clicked on the link & did not recognize the domain selling site & had to request a password reset. Once I gained access, numerous domains were showing for sale on their site. I immediately deleted all of them except was not able to delete the domain of interinc.com. I contacted the ******************** advised that when I signed up to sell, I had to complete the sale as it is a binding contract. I pointed out to them, I did not setup the account & will not be abiding by the sale. The only place this domain has been for sale has been on GoDaddy's auction website.Sedo said the domain has sold for $900. Again, I do not agree to the sale This domain is a legacy domain & has been for sale at a minimum of $2250.00 They are trying to force me to sell a domain at much lower than I am willing. I feel they are trying to steal a valuable domain & possibly resell it as I have no access to who the buyer is.Business Response

The Account in Question was opened on the 1st of April 2015 in order to create an account it is required to confirm the registration through the email address provided in your account.
Same counts for the Domains added to your account as they need to be verified by the actual owner.
If you have not opened this account we recommend strongly that you change your Email password as somebody definitly had access to your Email and listed the domains in your name.

Sedo appears to be practicing some form of "domain ******". A domain I own recently expired and was associated with a small non-profit working to address climate change and biodiversity collapse by promoting nature based solutions. We have small staff and grew some recognition. Regrettably the domain expired and I discovered Sedo which I never heard of before visiting a portal to research recently expired domains. Sedo listed the recently expired domain with a 'make an offer' button. The minimum bid price waas listed at $10,000. A few hours later, I visited the site again to look at the price and it was listed at $50,000. The domain I had is not special and my website was the first ever associated. I believe Sedo is purposefully manipulating the domain price and practicing some form of 'domain ******'. The purpose of my review here is to call attention to this malicious practice it seems that there is little that can be done to restore my domain. Note that the average price of a domain renewal on the web is between $8.27 and $29.99. If someone at Sedo is reading this review / warning I appeal to them to reach out and assure that domain can be secured for a reasonable fee within the average prices on the web.Business Response

Hello *****,
We received your message and tried to call a few times today to the listed phone number. Unfortunately, we got a message each time that the voicemail was not setup and then the line simply disconnected.
We think there might be some confusion and just want to clarify that Sedo does not own any of the domains listed for sale. We are simply a marketplace where the current domain registrant can list domains for sale and potential buyers can agree to purchase them. Sedo does not set any pricing and all listings are kept and maintained by the sellers. Regrettably, the domain was not provided in your message or the screenshots, so we were not able to look into the matter further.
If you have a trademark with regard to the domain, Sedo has a process to request the removal of the domain listing from Sedos website. You can find additional information on that here: https://sedo.com/us/about-us/policies/rights-protection-program-rpp/
As previously stated, Sedo does not have control over the domain, so that is the only action we can take. If you are looking to regain control and ownership of the domain, you will need to explore your options with your original registrar, or the registrar of the current domain registrant, or potentially a trademark lawyer if you have trademark rights.
You are always welcome to call us at ************, option 3, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST or to email: [email protected]
We hope this has helped to clear things up.
