    Company does not back up its sales, doesn't help customers who need to make a return, and has very poor service in the off chance someone actually does speak to you. In my case I liked the shoes -- which I ordered for $300 with leather soles -- but they didn't fit, so I exchanged them. When I got the replacement pair, they came with rubber soles, and they also were a poor fit. Ever since they've ignored my requests for an exchange -- and refused to do anything about sending shoes with the wrong soles.
    Given the number of similar complaints here (and on Trust Pilot and Reddit), it seems they're going out of business, which is probably for the best.

    Adelante Shoe Co. ***** clear. I chatted with either a BOT or was it a person? She helped me find the correct size for my unique needs. The shoes did arrive on time but, guess what? They don't fit. I have been trying since August 8th (The day the shoes arrived) to get some assistance. It's been ************************************** back. They are failing at upholding their end of my purchase. I wanted to return them for store credit and have some custom ones made, but it's as if they are no longer there. **************** is seriously lacking

    Shoes took 2 weeks longer than promised to arrived. They arrived with scratches and scuffs on one of the shoes. That would have been okay with me, but they did not fit. I started the review process and heard from them a full week later. I have not heard back since (that was almost 2 weeks ago) despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone.They are completely failing to uphold their policy of facilitating returns and remaking shoes so they fit.

    They said I'd receive my shoes in less than 4 weeks (this was hidden on their website but it's technically there). It took a full 10 weeks to receive them. I asked for them to cancel the order and refund me several times and they ignored the request. Finally the shoes arrived and they were way too big. Again, on their site they said to downsize by half a size, which I did but still too large. Finally, the color advertised on the site was way darker than what arrived. Last and most frustrating is that they don't do full refunds. Only exchanges and store credit. It's like they know people are going to try and return their shoes.Just a bad all around experience for what is supposed to be a higher end brand. I will not be ordering from them again

    Adelante shoe company has the absolute worst customer service. I have spent $300 on a pair of boots that don't fit. They promise on their website, that they will accept returns and work with the customer until the customer is happy with the product. I have tried to call numerous times, chat and have emailed them 5 days ago with no success. They have not responded at all. This is unacceptable. I will ofcourse never do business with them again. They are a fraud!!! I will have to take the boots to a local shoe maker and hope that they can take in the shaft to fit my calf better.
