    I pre-paid with this company to pick up at Logan Airport. However when landed the driver was no where to be found, called me on my cell, I could not understand anything he was saying as he spoke broken English or no English language at all. I kept on telling him I don't understand what you are saying, where are you located? He just kept yelling at me and I would hang up trying to look for him, he kept calling and verbally abusing me by yelling and screaming at me the entire time. Finally we just took a taxi service that was right there outside baggage claim and I told him over the phone to cancel this service. Also this company charged me double $106.00 vs $60.00 taking a regular taxi cab - check out their other YELP reviews - they are a horrible company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I did not get a refund. This company should be held accountable for their actions and refund my money.

    THEY WERE CONTRACTED TO PICK UP MY GUEST ( I HAVE CONFIRMATION IN MY EMAIL AND ONE PRINTED FROM THEM ) AS WELL AS A RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT AND THE LAST MINUTE UBER WE HAD TO GET BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! SHE HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH AND WE CALLED 4 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE ( AS OF YET MIND YOU) I INDEED WANT THE MONEY BACK AND THE MONEY WE DISHED OUT FOR UBER!!!!!

    I. Reserved a cab from Logan airport to 15 ******** ********* ** ***** for $80 for my father after an international flight and there no cab arrived at the airport for after waiting for at least 30 minutes. I called the company and there was no resolution and stated he would refund us next business day and did not do this.

    The business called me briefly on 4/29 and while I have heard from them, there has been no resolution. I explained the issues again to them and that the only resolution is a partial or full refund. rous emails (see attachments), it was still incorrect. The company is not owning up to anything or providing a partial or full reimbursement to cover the extreme stress, discomfort, and unsafe conditions.

    We have come to an agreement where LEG Car Service will issue a partial refund of $300 to ********************************* and a sincere apology for any inconvenience she may have had in the process.
