    Called for tow, asked what the cost would be. Was given one price, but as soon as the tow hooked me up & were on route, price went up by $15. Not an acceptable practice!. Then when I complained, they said that if I didn't like the price I should have called another company, not withstanding that they were already towing me, halfway on my trip! They said that the dispatcher misquoted the price! If that's the case, they should have honored it! When I got to the office, I asked the Dispatcher why he gave me one price and then had to be charged another. I was taken aback because he should know the price if it is a standard price for everyone. He was also rude, said that It was not his problem that the owner changed the price.
