    We got a *****-infested home in exchange for ours. We had to leave quickly as we were not going to wait around in this dirty place. Home exchange asked us if they could find us a replacement SO THE PEOPLE WHO GAVE US THE INFESTED HOME could stay in ours!!? What?! We had to spend thousands for a new place in the interim and when we asked if we could be reimbursed, they said no their guarantee didnt apply. Terrible experience and I would encourage people not to use this company.
