  I would like to report my frustration with this company, because I discovered that after three years of paying for the DIAMOND plan, yesterday I found out that I was receiving the ************* when I took my car to be washed. How can I be sure of this? The lights showing the services being performed on your car should be on when you drive through, and I discovered that I was not receiving a lot of things when I drove through, such as WAX, tire product, among others that the DIAMOND package is supposed to include ALL services, and in turn ALL lights should be on. Yesterday we spoke to the manager at *********, and he confirmed that my sticker was not getting all the services, but my PLAN has always been DIAMOND, paid $49 per month for 3 years, and I receive the $19 service. This is unacceptable. The manager asked me to drive through again and the service worked right away, all the lights came on, but to my frustration, today I went back and the lights DID NOT COME ON. I spoke to the manager and he asked me to come back again, but there was a huge line and I don't want to have to come back 2, 3, 4 times until my plan is in line with my car when I go there to wash it. They didn't solve my problem, and I lost 3 years paying for a SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE.

  I went directly to the location at ********* to have one the employee there cancel my plan as I was still being charged after I cancel it online and yet as recent as today I was charged for a plan that was canceled by an employee directly at my request. I need my money back .highway robbery ! .zero star rating .worst thing ever

  Customers who use the self-service car wash bays should be aware that Prestige Car Wash charges $6 *just to activate* the tools (i.e. water, soap) if you pay with a credit card. Customers using cash will get 4 minutes for $6 with approximately one additional minute per dollar; credit card users are charged $6 at the outset *plus* $1/minute. ******, an employee at Prestige, confirmed I was billed correctly when I was charged $13 for 4 minutes and 47 seconds in the self-service bay: $6 to activate the tools plus $6 for 4 minutes plus $1 for an additional ********* ***** T observed in a comment below posted on 7/5/2023, the signage in the self-service bays does not indicate how much Prestige charges per minute (though it does make clear the steps necessary to stop the timer). It also does not indicate that the $6 credit card fee is only an activation fee and comes with no wash time. While this is poor business practice, I do want to note that Prestige was responsive to my emails. They declined to rebate any money or to make their signs more clear, but at least they got back to me.

  The man would not take no For an answer. And when I asked him to let me out, he said no. So I was forced to back out of line.I think this employee I dont know his name should be fired.If I could give them a zero star rating I would.

  The falsely provide and advertise phone number for their business for customer service that are not answered. The workers at the car wash are unable to assist in cancelling memberships or providing refund.

  Recently found that they have been double-charging my credit card since May (for 8 months). When I reported this, they offered to refund 3 months of charges because that is their policy. So rather than keeping a loyal customer, they chose to keep STOLEN funds they are not *********** because I did not catch THEIR mistake.

  They have been over charging my account for the past 4 months. I go to their locations and they tell me to call a number. I call the number and theres never someone there. Would like to see them get fined

  Scam Advertise "$7 to start" for car wash. Nowhere does it say how much they will charge you for each minute afterwards. They just keep charging you without you knowing it
