      Horrible work experience, they provide little to no training with poor management. This was the most unprofessional place I ever worked.

      Received jeans from them. The items that was sent was incorrect. When chatting with customer service, they told me I made a mistake because I can't tell the difference between two different colors. I told them I know the difference betweem the colors and they insinuated that I was lying and that they wouldn't help me. The agent continued to say I didn't know the different between the two colors and it was my mistake and refused to help with this situation. They said I was more than welcome to go exchange in a store, however it's not that easy when you are disabled. I will avoid this place moving forward.
