  ALERT, ALERT, ALERT, BE AWARE , these are Pure thieves , there are other decent companies, they tell you don't worry we'll deal with your insurance, just sign the authorization to work, we'll never ask you for anything. and once the insurance declines a claim or settles for way less. they come after you, these thieves are charging me Forty six thousand dollars for few hours not more than 8 hours, drying some water from my floor after a pipe burst, few guys showed up they did a little work , most of the time they were measuring, talking and eating, one came after few days and asked me to sign a letter of satisfaction to submit it to the insurance company. 30 months later they show up to me with a bill of $46,000.00 pure devils and thieves, stay away. I will recommend every one to watch out. I will keep posting and alerting people to stay away from these thieves. and watch out from any public adjuster that would recommend them, I am sure that most of the 5 stars reviews and comments are fake. My advice to you is stay away, there are other decent companies don't deal with these thieves, the name of my business was *************** and Liquidation Outlet that was in Leominster the claim in ************, All I want is that people out there to be aware of what kind of a company you are. It's their choice if they want to deal with thieves like you, I just explain what is going on, it's a public record also in the *********************, I hope you never get the chance to enjoy any *****.

  We were told by ******** and our home inspector that we might have mold in our attic and that we should get it tested by a professional. I called AirCare and they sent someone to go into the attic but without a ladder, despite having been told ahead of time to come prepared. He rescheduled and came with a four-foot ladder insufficient to get into the attic. He popped his head up and told us that it would be a half-day job without having tested anything. Two men showed up and spent multiple days at our house removing all of the insulation. They broke the ceiling in multiple places by stacking bags of insulation. They dirtied the walls in the stairwell and hall, got black sooty material on a valuable and sentimental bureau scarf, messed up an old chair's finish with wet rags, and were, nonetheless...wonderful people, trying to do their best.I have written to AirCare twice since the ** came to my home to inspect the ceiling repair and painting. We talked about the dust, the bureau scarf, and scratches in the floor that the painters made dragging a chair that even had rubber casters to avoid scratching the floor. While we appreciate them fixing the ceilings that they broke, we now have to spend thousands if we want to re-insulate because of the electrical wiring in our home. The question is how much mold really was there. We will never know!

  We worked with *******************, who made everything really clear and easy, even though it was a big project. This is a great company, but he was an even better project manager!!
