    This group sent me a letter saying they had already sent me letters and surveys. Not true.They said they represented ***********************, my health insurance provider and put a ******-looking logo at the top. I called ******** "claims" line, and the representative DID NOT KNOW the Phia Group, had NOT heard of them.

    This company is very unresponsive and unprofessional. I had experience working with them through my attorney who was also horrible. Im not sure what the even do for the attorneys, but my medical bills were not paid by them, I get calls from creditors regarding this case regularly. I requested copies of the checks to the creditors they replied with an email stating my claim was closed and they could no longer help me. The after math of my accident was messy and I now have a lot of debt that was not paid because of poor representation by My attorney and accounting on the Phia Group. These people appear to be a scam!!! Its only a matter of time before a class action comes up Im sure of it. I find it weird that NO one has heard of these people.
