    On May 12th, 2023 *** from Luxury Masonry & Roofing came by my hose and my neightbor's house and quoted me a sum of $1700. dollars to repair my bulkhead. He looked at it and stated that I did not need a new one just a touch up of cement and linoleum paint. Although I felt that the price was high I asked him if he would take it in installments and he said he doesn't do that. He also did not give a a receipt of the estimate. The next fday he was at my house doing the work and I did not even have a chance to tell him to forget it because they had alredy started, still I had no receipt. He lowered the price to $1600 dollars and still with no receipt tlling me I would get a receipt once I paid them which I have never heard of. Also when I found out that he charged me extremely too much, I told him and he started complaining about how he has all this overhead etc. I paid him the $1600 dollars as he hunted me down for it the next day after he completed the work. Within 1 hour, he had cashed my check for $1600.00 and I still to this day have not gotten a receipt from him even after he took my email address and stated that he would send it. I have called him twice and have emailed him 3 timesto get a receipt. 3 weeks later I have not gotten a receipt nor has he even reached out to me to answwer my emails. The work that he did was worth nothing more than $600.00. I would like a refund of $1,000 dollars back to me. espcially since he has over charged me and also to as I am hunting this man down just for a detailed receipt to show his work, which was nothing more than cement on the front of my bulkhead and painting over the bulkhead. He has done the same thing to my neighbors. I think he cheated me especially snce I am a woman and he see's that I was living alone. I an appalled at how this man does business. I am willing to relinquish $600.00 but I would like a refund of the $1,000 since he has overcharged me in comparison to other companies that inspected his work.

    on your business.

    If I do not receive a receipt for payment by Friday May 19th,, I will be filing a formal complaint to the Attorney generals Office and
    the BBB offices against your Company. I called you on the phone and again you have lied to me about sending me a receipt, which
    I have not gotten again to this day.

    You cashed my check in just one hour after I gave it to you , but you fail to send me a receipt for the payment I gave you!!
    This shows me that you are not a good company to do business with and I will in deed file a complaint against you.
