5 starsWe selected Capital Construction for replacing the vinyl siding of our home. The process overall was very smooth and fast. The workers did a great job, they were professional, respectful and thorough with their work. We would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home. The house came out great and we are very happy with the outcome.

5 starsMy project was a total roof replacement approx. 40 squares. Throughout the whole project from initial consultation to completed installation Capital Construction Contracting was professional in the way they treated me . Their services were a bit pricey, but was made up by the service I received from them. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner especially their sales representative who would reply to my text late in the night. The whole project took one day to complete and utilized 8 employees. The work crew took two breaks and all were constantly working the rest of the time. This was not a do it yourself job especially since it entailed taking off the old roof, laying down if the synthetic underlayment, water and ice protecting sheathing, replacing all of the chimney and edge siding flashing, shingle drip edgings, hip and ridge cap venting and working at a 10/12 steep grade during a hot humid 95 degree day. Employees were especially careful laying down the *** Timberline HD shingles around the edges and where the roof intersects each other. The 8 man work crew worked as a team and not as individuals. The clean up was thorough and I still cannot find any old or new tile pieces left in my yard. They used two large magnetic roller sweepers to remove any roofing nails. By the way a bundle of new tiles weighs about ***** pounds each. Utilizing a smaller contractor would have taken longer to complete and has the possibility of exposing my bare roof to inclement weather. Capital Construction has all of the proper insurances, permits and manufactures certification to do the job correctly. 5 starsWe selected Capital Construction for the Deck project at our house. The Salesman and Project Manager were professional, replied to any questions very quickly, kept his promises and was credible. He had integrity and that was important to us. ******* ********* served as project manager and was consistently reliable and responsive throughout the project. Like most projects, some minor things need attention, and he took care of everything we asked for. The office handled all the follow-up, reaching out to let us know what was due next and by what date. They were also professional, polite and very easy to work with. The level of quality, customer service, attention to detail and how clean the crew left our property were all factors in our review and post of FIVE Stars. 5 starsCapital Construction was the 5th quote we received for the vinyl siding project at our beach house. Like most projects and contractors, the prices varied as much as the weather in ******. **** ****** was our sales *** and he was professional, ***lied to any questions very quickly, kept his promises and was credible. He had integrity and that was important to us. ******* was the PM (project manager) and also reliable and responsive before, during and after the project. Like most projects, some minor things need attention, and he took care of everything we asked for. The office handled all the follow-up, reach out to let us know what was due next and by what date. They were also professional, polite and very easy to work with. The level of quality, customer service, attention to detail and how clean the crew left our property were all factors in our review and post of FIVE Stars. 1 starFrom the start this company was horrible. They contacted me through home advisor. I was only looking for quotes but made to feel if I didnt make a decision in that moment I would loose a great deal. Unfortunately I did not research them prior to consultation. I live in western mass which is outside their service area. Each time someone came to the house, they complained about it being a 3hr drive. Its actually only 1/2-2hrs. Just before starting the siding project, I had raccoons in attic which I informed them of and was having a company remove them. They wanted to start anyway. First day crew removed the traps. Company I hired came out to try and speak with them but crew only spoke Spanish. I contacted capital construction who assured me the crew wouldnt move new traps but they did anyway. Both front and back yards were always left with trash. I never knew when the crew would come back to complete job because it was very inconsistent. They did however show up on Easter Sunday and when asked to leave they inquired if I had people coming over and they had drove so far. Project took over two months to complete. Electrical box wasnt secured and my lights both interior and exterior stopped working. The crew had removed a light from the back and insisted that I was the one who removed it. In the fall when cleaning out gutters I noticed damage done where siding met the roof. Something I only saw when I was up on a ladder. Overall the cost of the project which was a lot for a small ranch also included fines I paid due to the crew removing the traps, additional fees to hire an electrician to fix the lights as well as trash removal service to dispose of skids and other debris the crew left. All of which they refused to take any accountability for. I was told the crew was fired then told that the crew quit on their own after another project I felt gaslighted through the entire process. Worst experience with a contractor I ever had. ****** learned always check reviews.Capital Construction Contracting, Inc.
