    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with ASD Lighting Corp, specifically with their sales representative **** *******. What should have been a straightforward business interaction turned into one of the most frustrating customer service encounters I've ******. Benatti displayed an alarming level of rudeness and arrogance throughout our entire interaction. His condescending tone made it clear that he viewed my questions as an inconvenience rather than part of his job. When I asked for clarification about product specifications, he responded with dismissive remarks that made me feel completely devalued as a customer.His inconsiderate behavior continued when he repeatedly interrupted me and showed absolutely no interest in understanding my lighting needs. Rather than offering helpful suggestions, he pushed specific products without considering my requirements or budget constraints.The demeaning way he spoke to me was completely unprofessional. At one point, he even made a sarcastic comment implying I didn't know what I was talking about, which was both inappropriate and incorrect.I cannot in good conscience recommend ASD Lighting Corp as long as representatives like **** ******* are the face of their customer service. There are plenty of other lighting suppliers who treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your lighting needs.????????????????

    That said, after thoroughly reviewing our records, we have been unable to identify any employee by the name of **** ******* within our organization. Mr. ******* is not directly affiliated with ASD Lighting Corp and does not represent our customer support or sales departments in any capacity. 

    We understand how upsetting this situation must have been and regret that this individual was believed to be a direct representative of our company. If the customer has additional details, we welcome the opportunity to investigate further and clarify the source of the interaction to help ensure it does not reflect on ASD Lighting unfairly.

    We remain committed to earning our customers trust and would appreciate the chance to demonstrate the level of service we are known for.

    Initially, we were unable to identify the individual named in the review. However, after further internal research, we can confirm that **** ******* was previously employed by ASD Lighting Corp but has not been with the company since 2021. Therefore, he does not represent ASD Lighting Corp or our customer support department in any capacity today.

    We regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused and want to assure you that this individuals actions do not reflect our current standards or service approach.
