Dear ***/*****,My wife and I recently purchased a Weekday Season Pass Ticket and Equipment Rental Season Pass from Blue Hill *** Area ****** **. On November 29, 2022, We purchased the Weekday Season Pass Ticket for $748, and on January 12, 2023, we purchased the Equipment Rental Season Pass for $378. I wanted to refund as I was not able to utilize the services I had paid for. There were several reasons for this, including:1. From the end of December to February 7, when the ski area opened, all but one course for Advanced skiers was never held. As I am not an advanced skier, I was unable to take advantage of the only available course.2. The ski resort only had one chair lift which was designated for advanced skiers only and has never been used according to the daily snow condition report provided by the ski area. In other words, I could not use this chair lift unless I was an advanced skier.3. On the two occasions I visited the ski area, the snow conditions were too poor to be used for skiing.4. Despite sending three request emails for a refund, I did not receive a response.5. After making more than five attempts to contact the resort by phone, I was still unable to speak with someone.6. I therefore visited the ski resort in person to request a refund as I was unable to utilize the services I had paid for due to lack of service from the Blue Hill ski area and the poor snow conditions. I felt it was unjust to be charged for services I was unable to use. While I am aware of the company's policy, it appears incongruous to present conditions that render the offering completely unserviceable and then assert a "no refund" stance. At the time of purchase, the company's website did not offer any justification or explanation for the absence of proper service, apart from their stated "no refund" policy."Given these circumstances, I do not believe I should be held responsible for this charge and I kindly request help to refund from Blue Hill *** Area.Thank you
