      - Purchased 4 cans of their "Peppermint Mocha Latte" ($20) on 12/22/2024 - Returned to CT and product was tasted by 4 different people; NO peppermint flavor present - Emailed Tree House customer support with pictures of can and use by date - Staff member (*****) replied stating leadership hasn't received any complaints - Staff member (*****) did not offer to replace, refund or compensate in any way - Staff member did not acknowledge my concern and then stopped responding to my emails - Tree House Customer Support has a phone number, but they do not answer the phone.- Tree House Customer Support is by email only

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to address Mr. E***** concerns regarding his purchase of our "Peppermint Mocha Latte" on 12/22/2024.

      Upon receiving the customer's email, our team promptly reviewed his concerns and corresponded with him directly. While we initially did not identify a broader issue with the product, we acknowledged his experience and processed a full refund of $20 to resolve the matter.

      We regret any frustration caused during the communication process and have since reiterated the importance of thorough and timely responses with our customer support team to prevent similar experiences in the future.

      It is our goal to ensure every customer has a positive interaction with Tree House Brewing Company. We believe this matter has been resolved to Mr. F******* satisfaction with the refund issued.
