- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Private events are among our most memorable and personalized experiences, which require large inputs of our staff’s time and effort to organize. As such, there is a firm no refund policy on events booked. If you need to cancel the event more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, we will reschedule your event within sixty (60) days, pending availability, but such changes will incur in additional rescheduling fees. Events cancelled less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled time will not have the option to reschedule and will forfeit the entire cost of the event.
Cancellation Policy
NV Creations reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. Registrants will be notified prior to the event’s start time and refunds will be processed accordingly.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of the event will be issued a store credit for the full amount paid, toward a make up session, that occurs within 30 days of the original reservation.
Only one reschedule allowed per reservation, a second cancellation, even if it is within 30 days of the original reservation, will result in forfeiture of funds paid.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show will not have the option to reschedule. This includes reservations that were made less than 24 hours before the start of the event.
Custom events will not receive a refund, store credit or the option to reschedule. - Business Categories
