    Unreliable, doesn't respond to messages, says he will come out and wants to make things right. Inappropriate messages in text that are rude. Driveway needs to be resolved with correct diversion so water is not running directly into the garage doors. A swell and correct grading should have been in the plans when the driveway was assess.

    BBB spoke with ****** about the driveway work that was done. He stated that they were very happy with the driveway. he stated that the garage has a non working drain and that is why they have a water problem. He also let them know if they had a drain put in front he would come fix any asphalt work that needs to be done for free.

    I am rejecting this response because: the problem is that ****** did not assess the driveway properly before paving. The driveway should have been graded properly and water should been diverted to the left by creating a swail. I have several estimates from other companies as to what should be done to correct this.

    Last year in October completed repaving driveway for 5100 with guarantee, does not return phone calls or emails

    BBB spoke to the business, he stated that he went to the consumers home, but the consumer was not home. He stated that he found the damage to the driveway, and repaired it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was working from home that day and my Jeep was in the driveway.  He made no attempt to come to the door.  I needed to finish up on a Zoom meeting and when I went out, he was gone, the repair job was shoddy and looks like a patch over a pothole.  I will contact another service to fix it.  Furthermore, he told my husband on June 13th it would be done the following week and ignored phone calls and emails for months.  In June he did say he was recuperating, I do question his version of facts.

    Due to medical conditions and multiple operations I was delayed for a few months on resolving this issue but it was fixed even though it was a hole created by a animal That I believe is a chipmunk and these are not covered under the warranty given with the driveway but we fixed it at no charge anyway. We stand behind our work if there is any defects in workmanship or materials always trying to go above an beyond.

    I am rejecting this response because: There was only one hole in the driveway which began last winter.  My landscaper told me it was not caused by a chipmunk, While I hope he has a speedy and successful recovery he did leave a message on June 13th stating he would send someone out in a week.  I would like to have a partial refund of 500.00 to the job fixed correctly

    Spoke to *********************** via phone, he stated that he stands firmly behind the proper repair he performed on the driveway, which, as he previously stated, although it fell outside the warranty, as it was not caused by his workmanship, or the product used, he performed the repair free of charge, at great cost to himself.

    I am rejecting this response because: of inaccurate information.  The patch was a quick job.  In the initial job leveled correctly and may have been caused by the error of the operator.
    We have NEVER had problems with chipmucks digging holes.  We also have a voice mail from June stating he would be up in one week since he was recovering.  He did not respond until I contacted the Attorney General's office.
