    I was completely satisfied with the tree trimming they did on my large Oak trees. They were professional and thorough. I would highly recommend J Bonin for any tree work you need.

    READ BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! On 6/28/23 J Bonin's tree crew spilled hydrolic fluid on my lawn while cutting my neighbors trees down, the crew never came over and told me about it, this was after I asked them to stay off my grass, (newly planted only 3 weeks old), on 6/30/23 while watering my lawn I noticed the oil spill, I called J Bonin Tree Services LLC and spoke with his secretary who was trying to explain to me they are not responsible, because I signed a contract, thing is it was my neighbor who was the client, I was explaining back that I wasn't your client and yes you are responsible to the damage on my lawn, when the owner Jack B**** picked up the phone begain yelling at me and then said to me " I will come over there and destroy your ******* plants and burn down your ******* house" then hung up, I immediately contacted my local authorities to Mr. Jack B****** threat and filed a report, when police asked me what i wanted done I said an apology would be a great start and then we could discuss repairing the spot, I just wanted him to repair a 4'x5' area of grass he killed with his hydrolic line spill, local police spoke with J B**** who told police to tell me to bring him to court he had nothing to say to me, (police report was filed with Sturbridge, MA Police) so I am now currently allowing the court system to deal with J Bonin tree services llc on my behalf, what should have been a simple fix solution J Bonin turned into a long term aggrevation to me, but reguardless i will stick my ground and ride it out through court, my statements above are accurate accounts of the truth as to what happened to me with J Bonin Tree Services LLC. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    They took down several trees at a reasonable price. It took them some time to get to my job but it was worth the wait. I am planning on using them again. It is a small family operated business and I feel great about supporting small business. ************, *********** **
