He received the check from his insurance for the service that we provided. I personally tried to contact him 4 times regarding the balance & he never responded. This will not be removed from his credit report until we receive payment in full.

I had a illness, used a ambulance service, this was during Covid. They never sent me a bill and when I contacted them they said they sent it to the address where they picked me up from which that is not my address! So I never got the bill! It went to collections and has ruined my credit! I called the ambulance service to give them my insurance to bill the insurance and the service basically told me to s**** off that it was 3 years ago and to pay my bills and I cant do anything about it! I was dumbfounded by this reaction when I called and tried to give them my insurance!

    Good afternoon,

This was billed to his insurance company (MassHealth) on 6/26/20. ********** denied the claim due to this being a non covered charge. An invoice was then sent out to the patient on 9/8/2020 & that came back as returned mail. The only other address we have on file is the pick up address. I contacted the patient on 9/17/2020 regarding his address & to check if he had another insurance at the time & he told me to get screwed. The notes from his account are attached.

On 6/9, I received a letter from Patriot Ambulance stating that they submitted a $3K bill to my insurance for an ambulance trip I never took. On 5/28 my CO2 detector went off. The fire department came to check my CO2 levels and they were fine. They left. I never took an ambulance to the hospital. The paramedic who came said I wouldn't be billed. My insurance company said that the invoice states I took a trip in the ambulance when I didn't. Fortunately, the police were there and an incident report was written. Officer ******** said in incident report 23-88470 that I refused the ambulance. Officer ******* confirmed that that is what the incident report says. I sent emails to Patriot Ambulance. I didn't receive an email back. I told my insurance. I left a voicemail for the manager at Patriot Ambulance with my insurance company on the line. Today, I received a phone call from a representative at Patriot Ambulance threatening me for payment, threatening that my bill will go to collections, and accusing me of not being responsive before proceeding to hang up on me. I sent an email just now stating that I'm not okay with the way I spoken to. They wanted to know if I received anything from my insurance company and I haven't. I'm planning on sending a copy of the incident report to my insurance as proof.
