    I just won a court judgement against ********************. This contractor attempted to tell me they performed annual pre-paid service on my home generator. I have video and physical evidence they never showed up. Repeated attempts to resolve went unanswered. Lessons I learned from this experience:1. Never, never pre-pay a multi-year annual service with anyone. The time you will spend trying to get a contractor to honor their commitment isnt worth the couple of bucks you may be saving.2. Do your research. Check local ******** groups and the contractor's own social media sites.3. You learn more about a contractor when you read their 1-star reviews. Everybody has 5-star reviews.

    Strongly advise against the working with *************** and Co. They employ at least one menacing sociopath. The tech working my neighborhood engaged in a dangerous incident with our school crossing guard, including threatening to run him over and calling him several expletives when asked to stop for school traffic. Furthermore engaged in harassment of bystanders and threatening folks crossing the street.

    In our opinion, ******************* and Company has not fulfilled their side of the agreement in the 5 year maintenance contract that we have had with them and owe ** money for services not fulfilled.Their inability to repair the generator for over a year and to supply us with documents pertaining to the services they have rendered and to keep us informed of the status of the generator and its repairs are some of the reasons we do not recommend this company to anyone. We were also without power for the huge 3 day snow storm of 2023. This was just one of the three power outages (verified by Unitil) that we were without power from our $7000.00 generator not working AGAIN/STILL. The generator was off line for weeks at a time.We do not recommend anyone use *********** services.

    ****************, our contract is very clear that you are not intitled to a refund because you decide to seek services from another vendor. We installed the generator for you and have been servicing and repairing the generator as needed since that time. Our advice to have the secondary LP tank installed to resolve a sporadic fuel delivery issue has been met with push back from the first mention of it. This installation of two LP tanks is also clearly stated in the Generac installation manual. You are fully in your rights as a consumer to hire another vendor for services. The one-star rating here after you had given us a 5-star rating on another platform for a wonderful and smooth installation would seem contradictory.
