I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, March 21, 2024 to get my finger prints completed for my License To Carry (LTC) for ******, ** police department. When I arrived, there was a hand written note stating that the company has been closed since Wednesday, March 20, 2024 and will be closed all day on Thursday, March 21, 2024. The note also stated that we shouldve received appointments that were rescheduled. I received not a phone call, email, or text that my appointment was rescheduled. I paid $20.00 for an Uber to go over to the business for nothing and also took time away from work. I want my money back so that I will use another finger printing vendor. I also emailed the company requesting a refund as how can I trust to take time off again and encounter another hand written note.

The company has until June 24, 2024 to respond to ***********.
