      I am established Black Owned Small Business Owner who decided to work with someone closer to home for do my taxes; I first spoke to Rhema in February 2022; it was such a pleasant ****************** immediately set up a account for me; I reached out with providing her with the information I needed so that I can be in time with my taxes; Never have I been late! I have not heard back from Rhema since April 18th! This makes me exactly two weeks late now! I even called her and left her a message yesterday! I am freaking out right now, and as a business owner, I would never treat one of my clients like this! I need my taxes done I have given the Mormon, my Social Security number, all of my financial records, and shes nowhere to be found! It is not easy when you are a business owner to find someone you trust with your private information, and I thought I found the right person but now she has ghosted on me! So now, if I go out to find another tax professional, they are going to ask me why now and why am I late in now because she did not want to listen to me when I asked her to do an extension I am possibly now in trouble with *************! So this is my last try for and cry for help for Rhema to give me some attention! I am a young ********American established business owner, who does very well for myself, and it is just very sad that she has forgotten about me like this! ?? I am freaking out right now literally because I need to pay my taxes! I would never have wasted almost 2 months with her just to be late right now. Im going to upload pictures where are you? Clearly see her cell phone to show you that I am not lying. I have truly been dropped out of nowhere. No email; No nothing she has ghosted me and I need her services! All I want is some professionalism and communication. She literally has my whole life in her hands, *************** information and everything! I even left a voicemail, I feel like all my information was stolen by Rhema! She failed me
