      Delta Management Associates, Inc. (Delta) is the third-party collection agency handling the complainants First Progress account. ********************** has performed no credit reporting to any consumer credit reporting service on behalf of First Progress. Delta has not purchased this debt. The debt in question is held by First Progress. Delta was hired by First Progress to collect this debt. Delta does show the complainant made payments on 3/6/2024 and 1/8/2024 that were credited to their account. It does take at least 30 days for a letter to be sent stating that the balance was satisfied. Delta will have this sent when applicable. If the complainant has questions or concerns regarding how or when their CBR would be updated Delta urges them to speak with First Progress directly.

      Delta Management Associates, Inc. (Delta) does have an alleged debt in our office, held by ***************************** under the complainants name, date of birth, and social. Delta spoke with the complainant on February 12, 2024. The complainant advised Delta he had no knowledge of the debt in question, at that time Deltas representative informed him that we would request proof of the debt.Once Delta receives proof of the alleged debt, we will forward it to the complainant for review. In the meantime, the complainant can attempt contact with *********.

      I am not liable for this debt with FIRST PROGRESS CARD, I do not have a contract with DELTA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES **** They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      Delta Management Associates, *** (Delta) was contracted by First Progress. Delta did not have any contact with the complainant. Delta sent a letter in April 2022 and attempted contact via phone call. This issues was resolved by the complainant in November 2023.

      They sent me a collection bill. I dont know why or how they are these people in the first place. They are so demanding on personal information and wont give you any type of information to assist with the case,

      Delta Management Associates (Delta) was hired to collect a debt on behalf of our client *******************Delta does not own this debt; nor have we purchased this debt. Delta received a do-not-call request from the complainant on 7/25/2023 then a full Cease and ***** on 8/14/2023. The complainant has made contact with Deltas client to partially resolve this. At this time there still is a balance on the account. The complainant can reach out to Delta to resolve this matter. Deltas contact telephone number is ************. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (Eastern), Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern), and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (Eastern). Delta will require a complete verification of the complainants information before speaking about the debt. This verification is done to stay in compliance with our clients requirements and state/federal law(s).

      I have requested debt validation and verification.I requested a copy of the original contract with my signature, the purchase agreement and a payment history. I have only received billing statements.

Delta does not own this debt; has not purchased this debt. Upon being notified of a possible dispute, Delta forwarded copies of the charges associated with the debt as it presently stands.

      On Today, September 9, 2022, I was notified by Delta ******************************************* on an account that was paid off in full 2 years ago.. I understand that companies often picks up accounts that customers do not completely fullfill but, this is taking business far over board!! If they would contact First Progress they will find that I have NO BALANCE OWED!!!

      Delta Management Associates, Inc. (Delta) did place a call to the complainant on 9/9/22 wherein she indicated she had paid her First Progress account in full several months ago. Delta then reached out to First Progress and confirmed that the complainant's statement was accurate, and that she had paid her full account balance in June 2021. Delta was operating with the information we were furnished, but do apologize to the complainant for any inconvenience our phone call *** have caused.
