    I waited over one week for my package. Then, I received notice saying that 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts were made to my front door. The driver failed to knock on the door, call using contact information , or beep horn upon arrival. I live on the 3rd floor in the back of the building. I have no problems with ***** Amazon, or Fed Ex because they make the effort to reach you. I understand the problem is aggravated by the fact that the owner/landlord refuse to install a doorbell or intercom system. The Town of ******, MA of State of Massachusetts refuses to protect renters rights to send and receive mail! Shipping costs are expensive and this was a waste of my money. Poor customer service.

    Filing my own taxes but my printer wasn't working because of a bad usb printer cable. Ordered one on April 4th. Today is the 13th and I still haven't received it. Tracking showed it made it to ******* a week ago. I'm in *********** which is a few hours away driving. Should have been delivered Monday or Tuesday last week. Went ahead and purchased a new printer ******* or I won't be able to file taxes on time. *** is usually the best and most reliable carrier but I guess they really put small cheap packages on the back burner.
