    We hired them after being referred by a reputable company, in the hope that the reviews would hold true to our experience. There was a clear plan of work to be done and a set list of responsibilities for the design in our rebuild after the fire. After 4 months of chasing them down for work that was supposed to be done and sifting through excuses (i.e. lost all my devices, cant figure out Teams) and dealing with unannounced vacations, were still not getting compliance on the first two phases, with a third phase that we have no confidence will be completed. The company that referred them had to take over the work and apologized on their behalf. Oh, and this gem of a designer theyve got; couldnt bring herself to address me by my name, even after I told her she can call me by my full name or my nickname. She insisted in spelling both of them wrong every time. Were a gay couple and apparently she only likes to work with one man at a time. The mediocrity is strong in this company and the heterosexist behavior took the cake. What a bad look for their whole company. If you hire them, get their vacation schedule ahead of time and make them honor it.
