    Installation was on 8-11-23, cost of around $4400.00.The installation as far as we initially knew went amazing and the gutters actually function great.The issue is in follow-up. 20 minutes after the installers left our home, we smelled propane near tanks on the side of our house. ******** ******* came out on an emergency call and determined one of the gutter installers had placed 1-2 screws into the propane line going across the back of the house to our kitchen. They confirmed that the lines/tanks were considered up-to code(grandfathered in as they were intact) all the way until the line was punctured by a screw. This brought the setup out of code, forcing us to incur a cost of $337.93 to have new tanks and new gas installed. Both ******** ******* and one of the local town inspectors mentioned everything being up to code until the punctured.We tried requesting 2(we thought simple) things, 1: Have all techs ask/check before drilling anywhere near tubular lines of any sort(gas, water, electrical) to be safe and 2: Reimburse us for the unexpected cost from the propane company. ** ***** *************** ******** ***** ** ** **** ***** ** ******** ****** *** ** Sandra is the only one who answers the phone and consistently states Gary is NOT available(yes, she emphasizes that). Sandra refuses to accept any responsibility and puts the blame on the homeowner despite propane company insisting it was the gutter company at fault and whom put my home and family at great risk of fire/explosion considering they used electric drills, which can throw sparks.We just want an apology and that small check reimbursement for what we still feel was simply an accident, just a potentially deadly one.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me on the monetary side. Regarding the customer service/how the potentially deadly situation was handled and that this company still flat out refuses to admit to even the possibility they did anything at all wrong, I am not satisfied. Not even an apology.
