      I initially had fabulous experience. ***** was responsive, the price was affordable and they had availability. Unfortunately when I went to go get my things ready I realized I definitely didn't have enough things I absolutely needed to bring to warrant paying movers and cancelled my scheduled pick up. I cancelled at least a week out from the date, which cleared the 72 hr requirement for a refund of the 20% deposit. Things got crazy and I forgot all about it until I went to do my quarterly books and realized more than 3 months after, I never received my refund. I have now emailed or called every week for the past month and a half about having my refund sent. The most response I got was after threatening to leave my final review, only to be told repeatedly that the manager is too busy or on vacation to do anything about it. I shouldn't have to hold off buying things I need with my money because the manager is too busy to bother with their customers. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it's almost 3 months since I asked for my refund after noticing it missing and there is no excuse to hold on to more than $200 for that long without gross incompetence or outright dilberate decision to not refund me. Do not do business with them. You will regret it.

      We had an EXCELLENT experience with **** mov and. They were extremely professional, efficient and very helpful. They backed my whole apartment up and are now taking care of moving my stuff all the way to ***.

      I hired safe bound moving they sublet to this company. And three months after moving When I was able to unpack all my boxes. We discovered so many precious valuable items were gone. Also all our large lot of liquors were gone.abd the quote to move was double what we agreed upon.

      I hired ***** Moving in October of 2023 to move my 1-bedroom apt furniture from ****** to a town in **. I was told that my furniture would be wrapped with blankets, and I assumed that the furniture would be delivered on a truck, with several movers. In fact, my furniture arrived on a pulled trailer, with only the pickup driver to unpack it. To make matters worse, a number of expensive items were not wrapped and scratched beyond repair. I've tried to reach out to ***** Moving several times to see what kind of recourse I have, but have not been able to obtain a response.

      We called customer to discuss but she did not answer. please call us back at ************. Our last customer service person says she sent costumer the information to our third party claim department but I checked and costumer has not filed any claims.
