I booked a sauna suite on June 19 and was charged $40 immediately, but never received a confirmation email. I only got a waiver to sign and a few promotional texts, nothing confirming my appointment time. I had entered 7:00 PM into my calendar during booking. My guest and I arrived 15 minutes early on Sunday, June 22, only to be told we missed our 6:00 PM appointment, a time that was never confirmed in writing. The staff offered to reschedule but gave no apology or clarity. I was visibly upset and rebooked in the moment out of confusion, but later had my boyfriend cancel. What was meant to be a peaceful evening ended in tears. For a wellness brand, the lack of care and communication was disheartening. I was told my refund was processed, but Im still watching for it. I work in healthcare and understand people have tough days, but customer service especially in this space matters. The concept is great, but the execution missed the ***** I wont return. I made sure to check for all emails including spam and was never sent any sort of confirmation. Both the manager and the woman at the front desk claim they can no longer see this "appointment", so how as I able to be charged? there was no resolve and literally no answers. there is a tab for past appointments for customers and somehow this missed appointment is not there. Their excuse is that it disappears in their system when cancelled. I DID NOT CANCEL and even received a text after my supposed missed appointment, to rate my experience. They are very clearly insulting my intelligence. I work in healthcare, I understand the frustration of someone coming in right before close and the only excuse for the behavior of their employees was that "they were frazzled", I don't know how to feel about that comment. I was in my work uniform but I was also with my partner. If you did not want to service me that is your right as a business. But to be addressed the way I was is completely unacceptable.
