    The first transaction took place on August 23. I paid $300 for initial down payment. He said he would do the work. He said he would clean my engine do the buffering and do my headlights thats all installed but I have to put down another $450 but I told him my income is limited And I cant for another $450 so I came back on August 31 and I gave him $130 but he only gave me a receipt that says $30 because I use my debit card and I felt that I was took an advantage of because I am on Social Security and I cant afford these high prices so I believe he took a vantage of me by me, being a elderly individual, and I had no one there to help me and to me I dont think hes a very good person that takes advantage of the elderly like he does And I would like this to be resolved. He said the headlights only cost me $100 so why did you charge me $430 for headlights that you said that only cost $100 so why did you take my money and he didnt write on a receipt on August 31 that I gave him $100 and with my debit card I let him use it to take $30 from me and I was so sad and crying and he said oh all females are emotional , but I felt that he took a vantage of me. Thats why I was so upset I am a widow and I live on my husbands widow benefits and thats all that I get so please can you help me get my money back from this establishment that did me wrong , thank you

    I did go to the place of business to speak with the owner, and I explain to him my situation, and how I feel about the service that he gave me pertaining to my car. He was very hostile with me and I was very upset because I didnt get the correct response from him like I thought I would explain to him that you charge me too much for the headlight. He said thats what he charge and I told him I wasnt happy with the results of the headlights that he installed in my car so I do need help getting a portion of my money I think you very much for your help in this tedious process

    BBB spoke directly with the business owner.  He stated that he did everything right by this consumer. He went above and beyond providing her transportation by his staff to and from his business, and provided her with the bulbs for her headlights. She seemed completely happy when she left.
