    Date of transaction was April 8,2023.The amount paid was 2000. Beauty Battles Lounge Spa. Did not receive 6 cryo facials to the full extent. Received two Lipofreeze treatments that left my face and neck with more concerning problems. The business refused to fix the problem or give me a refund when I expressed I was unhappy. I was told first you come in here worrying about one problem now you're complaining about another During our initial consultation with the owner whom was my assigned esthetician. I was told we would be working on both areas of concern. My double chin and the loose skin it would create on my neck. The business committed to eliminating my double chin through a series of 1 lipofreeze 8 cryofacials, 2 "macdaddy" facials that are initially priced at 500 dollars each. She claims that I was not charged the full amount of the facials because I bought a package. I first reached out to the company ******* a third party company used to finance the package to see if I could get my contract renewed with a new amount minus the 2 cryofacials and macdaddy facial. They explained to me that she could draw up a new contract and not charge me the rest of the amount that was left on the contract. After explaining this to the owner she refused but agreed to swap out the remaining macdaddy facial for another lipofreeze at my request which is a service of lesser charge but was still charged the full amount remaining on my contract. When I asked for a refund of the last 2 cryofacials and the macdaddy facial. She refused. I then had the last 2 remaining facials with a different esthetician that she switched me to, I then realized that the owner whom was my original esthetician was only performing 20% of the cryofacials. The other esthetician did many more steps during the facials and I left there with a very noticeable difference. I have pictures of some of times I checked in at the lounge but not all because the business changed locations.

    I would like to add that In the pictures of my chin you can see how it has a rectangular shape to it. This is from the lipofreeze equipment that was placed under my chin to suck up all the extra fat I had in that area. The facials did not tighten my skin in that area at all. On the contrary it created a much bigger problem. I now have to spend more money to try and correct the damage done to my chin and neck. The business offered no help or concern about the situation even though it was very visible. I was never asked if I liked my results. I also paid an extra 200 dollars to have lipofreeze done in area of my upper back. It did not work at all. It the contract it states that it might not work but no where does it say that it can worsen the problem.

    BBB has spoken to the business owner Ashley, she stated that she had resolved the issues with this consumer a long time ago, and as a matter of fact the consumer was just in her establishment this past week, and did not ask to address any issues or concerns at all.

    I never received an appointment reminder as she stated. Also she has cameras in her business, if I was there as she claims I ask that she provide the proof of my presence in her establishment!

    I realized that I did not explain how I wanted to proceed. I would like to see if the BBB can assist with the situation at hand. If not Im looking into different forms of resolution.
