    The amount I paid was $50The business stated they could fix my computer make it go faster and save my pictures of memories i had for 20 years pictures of my kids and dead people He did the job I told him not to do which was back up and turn the computer new I told him leave the computer as is and do what we spoke about which was a tuneup and he wasnt going to touch my pictures I called him hours later to let him know I couldnt get into my pictures he stated that he didnt touch them and the computer stated he moved or deleted them He told me to come in the morning next day 4/29/23 never opened or answered the door he stopped answering my called 4/28/23 never gave back my money or fixed anything left me with a empty laptopThere is no tracking number only proof I have is text message he didnt even give me a receipt

    This person came to me with a broken computer that did not start, It had viruses that encrypted the hard drive, I charged her fifty dollars to fix the computer, when she came to pick it up I let her turn it on and fully test it, she was happy and paid me for my work.

    I am rejecting this response because:he had my pc 4/27 5:16pm 4/28 12:10pm attached is proof he was in my pictures and the 2 files missing he agreed to fix the problem and then started ignoring me the next day he told me to come 4/29 to fix the problem
    I never fully checked the pc in front of him all he did was turn it on and it looked fine till I arrived home and realized I couldnt access my 2 files with important pictures and videos of 20 years his job was just a tune up nothing with going in my pictures     Attached is proof that my computer was fine not broken he also mentioned a tune up doesnt require u to go in my personal files If my files were going to be gone why not mention for me to back up ?before u proceed he told me the job was few hours turned into overnight He took advance of me!

    The attached pictures clearly show he backed up my files on a drive all I want him to do is give me back my files thats all I want is those files are not replaceable I never told him to backup my files ever ! The job was only for a tuneup
