    Company took a deposit on work to be performed. ********, Chimmney repair. Applied 1/3 of estimated charges to a good faith down payment. This ************************ could not get a building permit because they don't have a CSL License in Masachusetts. (CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR'S LICENSE). I requested what was holding up the permit and was told there was a disagreement with the Town at the building permit office but that it would be ironed out shortly. I went to the ************************** personally and was told by town officials that he did not have a CSL and could not get a permit. I called the owner of Redbrickcore and he offered to meet me at the ************************** at 10:00AM the next day to straighten this out. He was quite adament that the town did not know what the law was and that they often confused things. Next morning 9:35 or so : I get a text.....Sorry I have a job to do in ************ and will not be able to make this appointment. I am out $8,333.00 plus $416.00 for a transfer fee on a credit card check.

    I told this customer many times that I sub contract work out.   I turned his job down after he became extremely erratic I texted him there would be no reason to meet with building permit because I rejected to do his project and would be returning his money.  As soon as he gave me his deposit he became erratic and began slandering and defaming my company, it was at this time that I notified him I will not be working on his project and his money would be returned. He does not understand how subcontracting works.  After I told him I will not be doing the work he became more erratic.   He was given several cease and desist notices, which he violated several times.  ******* and defamation of character and harassment was his outlet.  I told him right away I did not want to do his project, also several times notified him of intent and return of deposit.

    I am rejecting this response because: The **** OF **************** turned down this applicant's application for a BUILDING PERMIT thus negating the ability to perform his contract. I made an appointment with the owner of REDBRICK CORE.COM at 10:00AM in the ****************************** to discuss this matter the following day. He texted me the morning of to state he could not make it...."Sorry". Thus blowing an opportunity to redeem himself. He keeps saying essentially "THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL". All kinds of excuses and not any substance. I have still not received my refund which should have come in 24 to 48 hours. My wife and I sorely need the return of our money and its being held hostage. Buyer Beware!!! If this sounds like the actions of someone who is unhinged so be it. I want my money back. All I am looking for is WHEN?????

    This customer is a liar . And has been harassing me and has slandered and defamed myself and my company.   The deposit was issued to the customer.  He has been notified to remove the slander and to issue a letter of apology.  A law suit is in place and he will be prosecuted in a court unless he apologizes for the slander and defamation and harassment.  Any further harassment will be criminal harassment.  I brought this customer to the police station and issued a deposit return and notice of intent and also had him trespassed from any of your companys and affiliates.   He is currently facing a ******* dollar law suit.  He has been notified in front of police officers who are witness with the notice of intent.   He has been given notice to cease and desist all slander and defamation. He is to issue a letter of apology, and also recant his statements.

    I am rejecting this response because:Redbrickcore.com delayed the return of my deposit for two weeks, Only after threat of legal action did the owner sign over a check. There has been no harassment from here except for repeated requests and finally outright DEMANDS for my money. My wife and I are over 70 years young and we are not gullible fools as MR.,,,,,,,,,,,,, thinks we are. The owner and CEO of Redbrick went to the ******************* at ********************* and was refused a building permit. Yes, If this is slander then check with the West Springfield Mass *************************** I will post it right here if you would like MR> OWNER AND CEO. Thou dost protest too much!!!The owner of this company cashed my check , ordered materials, and then tried to convince me that he had a permit when in fact it had been refused by the town. When I tried to get my money back he furthered his sham by insisting on bringing over a dumpster and starting a tear down of my roof. I told him definitely not.!! I fired him before he even got started and now he is trying to save face. Stay way away.

    I cannot further respond to these false accusations.  ******************* is being brought to court for prosecution.  His money was returned immediately with regard to how long it took was merely the length of time required for a bank to deposit check, for length of time for materials to be returned.

    ******************* as been issued a no trespass notice and he has been served with notice to cease and desist also notice of intent.   
     The harassment still continues
