      I deposited 1084.00 in the credit union in April after I received my taxes with cash to the drive up window. I go there today to withdraw my money and my 1084,00 is gone the bank says my account was similar to another persons account and but didn’t give me me money saying they have to investigate my money is missing I deposited the bank won’t return my money I deposited. The woman in the bank asking me for a slip from almost a month ago I don’t have I went to the drive through window with cash now I’m being told they don’t know where my money is then tried to treat me as if I’m lieing I ask them to pull video they will see me make the transaction in April

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience our error may have caused you. The funds referenced in the complaint were reversed from the account when it was discovered that they were credited in error. The deposit in question was not made at the drive-up and included a check that is neither payable to or endorsed by the complainant. Furthermore, video surveillance review confirmed that the complainant did not make the deposit that is being disputed. It is our goal to retain you as a satisfied member and we hope to serve you again.
