    My 2016 HRV car transmission went due to a very well documented manufacturing flaw in this particular make and model. The car had well under 150,000 miles on it and was just slightly over the warranty age limitation of 7 years yet I received absolutely no support fixing a well known manufacturing flaw with their product.

    I think that April in the service area is great and the agents at the service desks are pleasant and helpful. I have unfortunately had an experience recently in which I left my work suitcase in my car while being serviced. It was closed entirely. When I returned the suitcase was open fully. I can understand that work was being done in that area of the car. I can even appreciate if someone had to move it and mistakenly opened it. I cannot appreciate the GM telling me that there was nothing to be done about it. He asked his staff and it was basically their word against mine. I have never had this problem before. But there should be something more to be done when a person's privacy is violated and there is a general manager on site. Just a heads up for everyone else. Check what's in your car before you leave. There is no reassurance that someone won't rummage through your things. I don't think it matters whether or not something was stolen. It was my private property and the info inside was confidential.
