    Terrible experience.Made appointment to have my Promaster serviced at 2:30 on August 20th. Arrived at 1:00 to be told that I didn't have an appointment. Service representative walked into the service bay area without saying anything and didn't return. After 20 minutes, I took my business elsewhere.I have never been treated so rudely. I would not recommend this dealership for any reason!

    My truck has been at the metro jeep ram dealer for 8 months now for a power steering hose i think this is a little ridiculous. i have a extended warranty and they will not okay the aftermarket parts hoses

    If there was a STAR that was for a ZERO review then thats the star I would be checking but you are forced to give a ONE STAR. My fianc and myself purchased a Used 2018 Dodge Charger GT AWD from Metro Dodge in ********, ************* which is 2 and a half hours away from us one way. After looking for a newer Dodge Charger that was equipped with AWD for a good 6 months my fianc had located the one she purchased from METRO DODGE in ********, ************* and no big deal on spending the gas, toll money and our time driving our there and back in a really bad rain/hail storm which took us even longer to get there with the enormous amount of traffic which we spent a total of around 6 hours just driving there and back thats not counting the hours we spent there completing paperwork and such. Buying a new or used vehicle is a big decision in the first place but car dealerships LIKE THIS ONE All they want to do is make sure you give them money for down payments and sign the paperwork so they can collect their money from whatever bank you finance with. Its only 3 days before 3 months that we had the vehicle and the MAIN CONTROL SCREEN isnt working and the dealership is trying to tell us it isnt covered. Before and After my fianc signed the paperwork I asked for them to check the Screen because I knew there was something wrong with it and  BRITTANY  the Sales rep said service said it was fine nothing wrong with it. Now you cant even drive with the screen off because it glitches out and flickers and when you go to put the radio on it changes to SiriusXM on top of when you try to put the heated seats on, you cant turn them off, and no matter what button you push the whole screen just Looks like its pushing every button. This is very unacceptable. There should be a law that covers people buying cars and extends it for at least six months to have anything covered that goes wrong with the vehicles operation. We gotta sit here & stress, & figure out what to do. NO GOOD.
