    I want to write this review to inform customers seeking leak repair work on their pool from Teddy Bear Pools in ********. I want to start by saying that Chuck from Teddy Bear Pools is a poor communicator, rude and lacks customer service skills. First, Chuck made an appointment with me for 10am; however, the repair tech did not show up until 11:15. I did not receive a call letting me know they were running late. So, I called Chuck and left a message at 10:15, but no one returned my call. I was left wondering if they would ever show up. Upon arrival, they did not apologize for being late. The vinyl patch they were going to use did not match my pool and they had a limited selection. I stated to the repair tech that I was not told that the patch would not match and if they could come back I would try to find a better matching patch. I spoke with Chuck via telephone regarding the vinyl patch and it not matching properly, and he stated they would have to charge me an additional service fee to come back out. When I spoke to Chuck regarding my concern about the liner not matching he lacked empathy and was a challenge to communicate with. I feel all of this could have been avoided if it was communicated to me beforehand.

    Per your request we came out to patch your pool liner . We schedule days but not specific times since we do not know how long each service call may require. You requested that our tech not patch your pool because you wanted an exact match to your existing liner. Since your pool is a non TBP we do not have access to your manufacturers liner ,however we do have several viable materials that are close in pattern and color. It is important to note that even if we had the exact material, normal wear and tear, in addition fading from sun and chemicals , would have lead to an patch being different shade than existing material. Your special request for a material we did not have, and that you need to acquire, is not with in our control and solely at your discretion. It then incurs a return trip fee as we were not able to complete repair because you turn our techs away.
