    My 2011 **** ******* that my daughter drives was dropped off on June 1, 2023 to have head gaskets replaced. Mark the owner informed he could not start it probably until July but would definitely have it back to me by mid August before my daughter started back to college because she needed it. He asked for a $2,000.00 deposit which my daughter paid. After several calls back and forth in Aug & Sept he said it was all set on September 16. I paid the remaining balance, $4,267.00- total was $6,287.00. A few weeks later in Oct the vehicle was losing antifreeze - NOT on the ground. Literally just disappearing. I brought it back to Mark - he did not give me any invoice or bill - he looked it over and flushed the system and gave it back about a week later. I had to add antifreeze -1/2 gallon during the month of Nov. Then in mid Nov the vehicle failed inspection at ********** in ******** and the mechanic informed me there was an issue with head gaskets. I again brought it back to Mark and he drove it more than once and insisted there was not a problem with the head gaskets and said that it was a thermostat and housing issue. He flushed the system again and I did not get the vehicle back until Dec 7, 2023 and bill was $397.40. A little over a week later ***** ate all the antifreeze - mind you not on ground and it was brought back to Mark and he told he could not understand where the antifreeze was going. Mark took her Jeep in for repair of the head gaskets again on Jan 4 he said it would be done in 2 weeks, I to date still do NOT have my vehicle back. He has had it since. I have been almost 5 months without a vehicle. He has offered no loaner or rental. I have called numerous times this year (2/1, 2/12, 3/1, 4/3, 4/26) and says next week and now keeps telling he's just one person. My daughter stopped in at his garage and spoke to him on May 6 - he told her a week and that he broke a park he had to order it. Please help me get my vehicle back and fixed for what I paid for!

    I HAVE THIS JEEP END OF DECEMBER OR JANUARY DONT REAY REMBER AS THAT BEING SAID HAD A VERY HARD TIME FINDING OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH IT BECAUSE I ALL REANY REPLACE THE HEAH GKTS SEEING THAT IS A BIG PROB WITH THIS MOTOR WITCH IS A3.7 I  WENT OVER EVERY THING I DID TYICE AND FOUND T STST HOUSING LEAKING WITCH IS PLASTAK  GAVE IT BACK AND COUST CAME BACK A WEEK LATER SAID HAD THE SAME PROMB  SO ITESTED EVERY THING COULD NOT FINDANY THINGS TALK TO  MANY TECKS TO SEE IF ANY OF THEM RAN INTO THIS PROB DID NOT GEET ANY ANSERS TALK TO THE ENGINE SHOP THAT DID THE HEADS THEY SAID TAKE THEM BACK OF AND THAY SAID THAY WOULD LOOK AT THEM AGINE SO I TOOK THEM OFF AND HAD THEM LOOK AT THEM AGINE THAY FOUND NOTHING WORNG  THEN CHECK RADATOR FOUND IT WAS BLOCKED  THAT COULD OF BEN THE PROB THE RESON Y THE HEAD GKT LET GO THE FIRST TIME  AS I AM TRYING TO WORK ON THIS PERSONS CAR I AM IN AND OUT OF THE BAYSTATE  FOR KINEY PROB AND THAY NO THAT I WORK BY MY SELF AND I TOLD HER THAT I WAS SICK

    After reaching out to you the business contacted me May 10 and told me the vehicle was ready to be picked up. He told me that they replaced the radiator and that if there were any other problems it had to be the block. I am not happy about that response as he ran a system dye test which would have shown any issues with the block when he took the car last year. In addition, my front license plate is bent in around my bumper which it was not when it was dropped off. I also dropped it off with a full tank of gas and now have half a tank. All tires on the vehicle are low probably because he had it for over 5 months. The pink fur seat covers that my daughter had purchased now have grease on them. Lastly the radio does not work. I called him back and he just said check the fuses. I don't know where this leaves me honestly.
