    NE Synthetic Turf was contracted for a start date of mid-June 2023. They have never showed up to start the job as of October 31 2023. I paid a $9,000 deposit and he went dark and never showed up. He offered a refund several times which I have in writing (text message) , but then he never comes through on the refund. Just like a typical scammer. I will have to take him to court.

    We entered into contract to install 6000 Sq. Ft. of synthetic lawn and a golf green for *************************. ************** cancelled the day before we where scheduled to start. I advised ************** he had ten days to cancel based on the 23 yr terms and conditions on our contract, we even offered to just complete just the golf green for him and he'd owe us nothing...it's normally a three day rescind, we give our customers ten days. I continued to correspond with ************** in good faith in an attempt to find a resolution, until the day he went online bashing the company and myself in every place possible, making numerous threats etc. I advised ************** at least ten times to take this matter to small claims court. I have found the courts very fair over 23 yrs. He refuses to file a complaint, because he knows contractually he will not win. Due to his non-stop harassment and defamation, we have filed as the plaintiff against ************** through our Atty. It should be noted in situations as these we've given back thousands of cancelled deposits in the past when we did not have to contractually. Each project is different and custom. Every customer is different. In 23 yrs. we've never done the same project over 4000 customers. It's my experience customers don't read contracts unfortunately. To this day, I receive text threats from **************, hundreds at this point, all turned over to our Atty. Everything involved in this complaint is because of **************** actions. Again, my advice to him is to go to small claims court. Yes, we were about three weeks late in our start date due to crazy rain this past summer, and work schedule. I was in constant contact with **************, and all of these issues are covered in our contract.
