      Requested computer to be repaired by *** ********. Initial sum given was $370. After 2.5 weeks and no updates contacted him and there was an additional problem and he requested and was given an additional $200 and expected repair to be complete by the following week. I arranged the computer to be picked up a total of 4 different dates with him cancelling last minute all 4 times. I have given him multiple opportunities for him to deliver the computer and he has failed to deliver a finished product. He remains with my PC as well as a total of $570.

      I have asked the owner of the business, *** ********, to replace batteries, cords, and keyboard keys on my two Apple laptops. I paid him 380 for the services via *****, upfront. About a month later, when I heard nothing from the owner, I started texting and calling him, with no luck. Finally, after going to the store and confronting him (it took a few attempts to locate the owner), I was able to get the laptops back three months after I paid for the repair services. To my dismay, the computers were not fixed or even worked on. The owner kept the money that I paid for the agreed upon repairs and refuses to refund it, admitting that he did not work on the computers in text messages.

      I had an issue with a **** monitor I paid over $900 where there were vertical lines running through the display. It was out of warranty so **** would not replace it. I started to call local shops to see if I could get it fixed and ran across AllGood computer services in *******, **. I spoke with a *** ******** whom I believe to be the owner and he told me that he could fix it by ordering a new panel and the costs would be $340 up front. I told him I would consider and he texted me twice after to persuade me into it. He gave me his Venmo and I sent the $340. This all occurred back in November of 2024. Since then, he has done nothing but ignore my calls and texts and the very few occasions he does get back to me, it is always another excuse. I cannot afford to lose over $1,000 and I dont know what else to do. I have the Venmo transaction and all text messages between *** and I.

      Date of Transaction: November 27th, 2024 Amount of Money Paid: $140 Reason for Using Business: My 2017 MacBook Pro had a problem with the battery connection as I was trying to install a new battery. Part of the connection broke. I went to the *******, ** location of this business because there ****** business information said they were open. When I knocked nobody answered. So I contacted this business to see if they could fix the issue. I called and an employee answered telling me to send me a picture of the broken piece. He stated that he could fix it over text for $140. We set up a time to drop off the computer and I left the computer with the employee. The transaction was done through *****. The employee stated Saturday initially when talking to him then also stated maybe Wednesday as well. I texted and called numerous times and was given dates about when they thought the computer would be ready. One time they stated it would be ready on a Thursday. Called on that Thursday and no answer. I have texted the number numerous times and have been left on delivered. Over a month now and I have now called 4 days in a row and left messages with voice machine at the *******, ** location. I have also called the *******, ** location and could not leave voicemails because the box is full. There is no communication between myself and the company and I am concerned that they will not give my computer back to me whether fixed or not. It is my property and I have a right to my property. I will be filing a police report and coming days if this problem is not fixed.

      We were able to contact the business again. I had called the owner repeatedly and I told him that I wanted the computer back and a refund. I tried to create a time for me to pick it up. We came to an agreement on a date and time. When driving to the business to pick up the laptop he called me and said that he was not able to come in right now. He stated probably later that day. He never called back for a rescheduled time. My father called him later that day with a demand. I called him again a couple days later to try to reschedule a pick up time. He did not answer. On Friday January 24th I sent a demand letter to both the *******, ** location and *******, ** location of his business.

      I went to these place for a PC computer service and the person told me the reason of my PC problem and he sugest me to pay for the part and labor $425 .Its being 2 weeks and no answer .He only text me once and feel sorry about the delay , but the type of service that I should receive it takes no me than a week . And amI m worry about my PC that Im spent almost $7,000 and I dont want to these company screw my Computer or keep my property. I dontwant to make a issue but I just want my PC and money back !!!!
