    I placed my order in the beginning of march from a collection the buisness had released for Valentines Day. Their website and instagram page did not disclose that the hoodies were not finished and also advertised free same day shipping which would also mislead customers to think that they were ready to ship. Also you would think that a Valentines Day collection would be ready by March after the holiday has happened. When I reached out to the buisness two weeks after ordering on 3/16 with no update I was then told that they had to remake the hoodies and was promised they would be delivered by April 8 "at the latest". The 8th of april came and still no update and I had to reach out again. On 4/15 I received an update that the hoodies would be "landing" on friday or Saturday of that week and ship out shortly after that. It is now 12 days later and I have to reach out a 3rd time. The lack of communication on their website and public instagram is very unprofessional and misleading and I should receive what I paid almost $77 for. I am starting to believe this is a scam as they are still advertising this collection on their instagram.

    I purchased 2 shirts and 2 sweatshirts on August 28th 2023 form Descending (*******************) for $222.83. Order number ****. I have tried 4 times to reach out and ask when I might receive my items since a label was created for shipping with the **** on September 6th 2023.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have emailed the business website twice and have texted them the number they provided me with the shipping update. The only thing this business has done is printed a label out for shipping on September 6th, 2023 and that is it. The **** tracking number is ****************************** so you can verify what I have. And the only phone number I have is ************ which they confirmed my order through a text message receipt.
