    Unfortunately, I was in a pinch and contacted **** based on my realtors advice. **** charged me $850. He showed up with equipment that could not conclusively identify anything, so in the end we discovered a tank by me digging with a shovel, and him using a string and magnet. The following day I had a gentleman from another company come out and tell me typically there's no charge for what **** did, as his equipment was totally overboard for what the job called for and essentially told me I was scammed. I do not disagree that **** provides a service and can charge anything he wants so technically he is not a scammer; I do, however, disagree with his ethics. He clearly knew my situation and took full advantage of myself and my young family trying to close on a house and move cross country.
